PMO Adminsitrator/Support – Banking recruitment

A leading Bank require an Administrator PMO Support to assist the Head of PMO in the PMO related activities for the Bank's Systems projects . Working along side existing established PMO and following project lifecycle processes you will also provide administration support for Project Managers and department.

Responsibilities include:
Able to organise meetings and provide administrative support and ad-hoc activities to help management
Manage all the disciplines of a PMO including Risks and Issue Management, Reporting and Financial control.
Provide close support to the project management Head and to the project managers
Assisting with project setup from a project planning, space planning, time tracking perspective. Establishing maintaining project governance.
Provide PMO support to ensure compliance to standards governance structure.
Taking responsibility for ensuring the high quality of the team Book of Work
Taking responsibility for ensuring the team Book of Work documents are signed off and filed
good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Essential skills required:
- Prince II Practitioner
- Manage all the disciplines of a PMO including Risks and Issue Management, Resource Coordination, Reporting and Financial control
- MS Office applications, Powerpoint presentations, MS Project
- Experience gained in a Banking IT environment is preferred.

Successful candidates must be team players with positive can do attitude to be able to establish relationships with the PMO, Stakeholders and Project Managers.
