PMO Analyst recruitment
This is a great opportunity for a capable and proactive PMO Analyst to manage the portfolio management process - from annual planning through to ongoing tracking of financial and delivery status of all projects in APAC. You will be responsible for project reporting at local, regional and global levels.
To be a success in the role you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in the following:
• Analysis, co-ordination, submissions and tracking of project approval submissions to APAC and Global
• Tracking reporting of project status across the portfolio
• Tracking reporting of project costs against plans estimates
• Ownership and adaptation of portfolio planning project management processes and related artifacts.
• Financial and service level reporting for the APAC IT service delivery Hubs
• Co-ordination of the annual project portfolio planning process across APAC
The ideal candidate will have PMP certification or other recognised Project Management qualifications
Interpersonal communication skills + the ability to work across several countries and cultures are key to being successful in this role.
This permanent opportunity has a base salary of up to $120K + super + bonuses with an immediate start!
