My major insurance client requires an enthusiastic business facing PMO Analyst to support the PMO Manager in the execution of a major programme of change. This will entail collecting, analysing and using data from the various projects to ensure effective planning of the delivery.
The candidate must have a solid all round practical understanding of the PMO office and be competent in executing such functions.
Experience Skills required:
- Maintain standards and processes for reporting, monitoring, planning, escalating, change control, communications and change management
- Provide financial reporting against agreed budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and track Programme issues, risks and interdependencies related to delivery impacting time, quality, benefits, finances, scope, change or people
- Maintain oversight of plans across the programme and ensure these are reported on and meet internal governance requirements
- Provide an independent assurance viewpoint against Project Delivery Framework, validating that Programme deliverables meet the requirements set
- Track and Report Programme Resources against agreed numbers
- Ensure the Programme team have all the tools / templates needed to complete their tasks effectively and that they are aware of the appropriate processes and methodology
- Enhance and maintain the primary repository of Programme / Project information
- Assist and/or deputise for the PMO Manager
Note: General Insurance experience is imperative to be considered for this role and Solvency II is highly desirable.
