PMO Coordinator – Banking recruitment
A leading Bank has an urgent requirement for a PMO Coordinator to support the Head of PMO in the PMO related activities for the Bank's IT projects . Working along side existing established PMO and following project lifecycle processes you will also provide administration support for Project Managers and department.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Stakeholders and Project Managers
- Project reporting based on Budget/Resource usage
- Issues and Risk management
- Support and administration activities for project managers
- Production of weekly and monthly reports on project progress, Financials and resource utilisation.
- Administration support for the PMO
- Coordination, management and booking of meetings, business trips and events
Essential skills required:
- Prince II Practitioner
- Experience in working in Project/Program Management Office Management/Coordination of project work packages Experience of project lifecycle processes
- MS Office applications, Powerpoint presentations, MS Project
- Experience gained in a Banking IT environment
