PMO required to join a growing team providing the governance, reporting, planning and support services for a large/medium project across the bank. You will need to ensure that programme/project benefits are defined and agreed with the business, and that mechanisms to measure and track these through to post-implementation are in place. In addition, you will need to ensure the clear, impartial, comprehensive and relevant visibility of cumulative status and progress at all necessary levels of the organisation, by co-ordinating the production and collation of status reports and relevant management information across projects and workstreams and ensuring the right level of quality is achieved

Essential:

- Strong PMO experience within the financial services sector
- Using established project methodologies to control, log, manage and monitor project timescales, costs, risks, assumptions, change control, issues and dependencies
- Ensuring detailed project/programme plans are in place to the right level of quality and that progress is monitored to project completion.
- Defining and implementing the overall planning approach.
- Engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders to meet the project milestones and address risk, regulatory and financial issues.
