PMO, IT, Governance, Reporting, Tracking, Investment Banking recruitment
PMO required to join the Market Risk Technology team within a leading investment bank. You will be required to coordinate and liaise with the business Market Risk group and the Market Risk Technology team and report to the Head of Market Risk Technology. The group has resources based in London, New York, Pune and Singapore and has teams dedicated to both development and support activities so you must be able to effectively interact with those individuals.
The role is to provide hands-on support and oversight to Project Managers and staff in timetracking, project resource budget tracking, status report submissions, management reporting. Although this position will not manage individual projects it is expected that the candidate will have direct experience in managing technology development projects in financial services. You must have a thorough understanding of project management process and key tools such as Microsoft Project and will be comfortable with the typical PMO challenges around a department implementing complex and multi-discipline projects.
Essenial:
• Demonstrable track record as a PMO, successfully delivering solutions in Financial Services organisations
• Ability to support the delivery of between 80 – 150 projects.
• Must be familiar with enterprise governance, IT governance and project portfolio governance concepts
• Experience in setting up processes and solutions from scratch.
