PMO Manager – Investment Banking – Regulatory Risk Change
The PMO Manager will be responsible for creating a Regulatory Reform PMO with the appropriate governance to direct business and operating model impacts and manage risks proportionately.
The successful candidate will need to form a Regulatory Reform Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing group and business outcomes and regional structures.
Key responsibilities of the PMO Manager - Investment Banking – Regulatory Risk will include:
- Liaise with and manage key Senior stakeholders (CRO, Head of Risk Management etc)
- Undertake and provide Portfolio Management and Reporting
- Undertake and provide benefits identification, tracking and reporting
- Support the implementation of the new Regulatory Reform Project Management Office (PMO)
- Develop and maintain a deep insight of the Regulatory Reform Project Management Office (PMO)
- Develop, create and undertake Portfolio management reporting against high value (financial and non- financial) MI for CRO and Senior Stakeholder level
- Create and maintain the benefits framework and ensure completeness, accuracy and validation of benefit data (financial and non-financial) against the portfolio
- Day to day co-ordination and management of the Regulatory Reform Project Management Office (PMO)
- Develop, create and provide global milestone, dependency and risks/issues management reports
The ideal PMO Manager will have vast Investment Banking expereince within a Regulatory Risk area and will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint/Vision for creation of templates and processes
- Excellent knowledge of demand and portfolio management
- Excellent knowledge of benefits lifecycle ( collation, tracking and realisation)
- Excellent knowledge of business case development and analysis
- Proven experience of working and operating at senior level within a demanding environment within the Investment Banking
- Proven skills in Planning and Forecasting within an Investment Banking Management environment
- Positive "can do" attitude with flexibility to work extended hours to meet required deadlines
- Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management and Project lifecycle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
