PMO/ PSO recruitment

Support the Programme Controller and Project Managers with both activity and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining up to date and accurate project plans

Develop and maintain resource plans highlighting and escalating surpluses and deficiencies

Working with Project Managers to deliver regular project and programme progress reports

Support the process of monitoring and reporting project and programme costs and benefits

Developing and maintaining the procedures and controls for document management.

Support the reporting process for Risk and Issue tracking, project interdependencies, critical success factors and change control

Maintaining a list of key stakeholders and summary of Stakeholder Manager interventions.

Background/ Experience required to be considered for this position:

Experience of working in a similar role within a PMO/PSO supporting a large and complex change or transformation programme

General Insurance or wider Financial Services background

Commutable distance from Brentwood, Essex
