Our Casino Client, located near Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Poker Room Manager with the following skills and/or abilities:
Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check.
Responsible for the supervision and performance of the poker room Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Dealers.
Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Casino Operations.
Develops and manages the budget for the poker room.
Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates.
Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
Ensure Team achieves performance goals.
Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel to include meeting with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and promotions.
Accuracy in completing assigned duties and paperwork.
Provide oral and written reports (existing and reports you create) to the Director of Casino Operations.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
Table Games experience is a plus.
