JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Operations Policy Analyst. CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A CURRENT TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance. Develop and apply advanced methodological approaches to analysis of strategic communications for Intelligence Community customers. Assist in development of collection plans and evaluate effectiveness of various media outlets. Provide research and analysis to support daily requirements. Present analysis or products to customers. Assist in recommending policy and procedure development for agency, interagency, or community-wide support. Establish and recommend changes to current policy. Recommend methods and procedures to be used on new assignments and provide guidance and training to other on-staff personnel. Qualifications: TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent and 8+ years related experience. Master's degree preferred. Relevant experience in commercial marketing. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrate excellent analytical ability and solid interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to work under tight deadlines. Candidate must be able to perform job requirements independently and in team environment and must have ability to interface with all levels of management. Familiarity with marketing techniques, statistics, and experience with standard intelligence databases and systems and procedures all required. Candidate must have ability to conduct research, retrieval and integration of all-source data from various sources including classified sites, unclassified sites, and finished intelligence. DESIRE SKILLS: Experience in applying methodologically rigorous solutions to challenging strategic communications problem sets. Experience in persuasion sciences, commercial marketing, advertising, or communication theory. Experience in survey research/polling, knowledge of SPSS. Applicable Intelligence Community experience. Language proficiency and foreign area knowledge, particularly of the Middle East, gained through study, travel or work abroad is desired.
