Policy Analyst recruitment
Working within Group Operational Risk you will work with global stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and administration of Operational Risk Policies. You will do this through keeping regular and efficient communications with numerous internal areas, reviewing new and existing policies, processes, reporting and other risk control mechanisms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a clear governance structure for policy to administer and manage operational risk
- Contributing to the design and delivery of the organisations risk strategies
- Providing expertise in regulatory requirements affecting Operational Risk Management
- Identify gaps in FSA expectations for distinctive risks such as Risk Management for New Product Planning and Launch
To apply for this position you will:
- Experience and up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, Basel ll and FSA
- Have worked on projects to implement operational risk strategies within a financial institution
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills along with strong stakeholder management skills at senior level
- Be well connected externally to monitor new developments in the various field
