My client is looking for a Policy Services Administrator to join their busy Policy Services department.  This role is responsible for dealing with customer service correspondence, acting as a first point of contact for the Card Protection service (CPCP) calls, and also providing assistance to the Customer Contact Centre with overflow calls during busy periods.  

Your main responsibilities will include:

·        Amending policies
·        Dealing with daily correspondence including emails and letters
·        Talking to customer/clients on the phone
·        Setting up and amending direct debits
·        Data input and other associated administration work

In order to be successful for this role, you must have excellent communication and letter writing skills.  With the ability to work well as a part of a team, you should also be able to demonstrate that you have a strong administration and customer service background. Happy to work within a fast paced, quality driven environment, you will need to be able to take in information quickly and make the correct decision based on that information.
