Most recently Acorn Capital launched its Asia ex Japan small cap product that seeks to leverage the skills and experience gained from the management of our long established listed and unlisted Australian microcap equity product.
Acorn Capital has a strong organisational culture reflected in its record of staff retention and career progression. It has now created a new role for a portfolio analyst to be part of the Asian team.
The role requires a strong skill set including highly developed oral and written communication skills, good understanding of company financial statements and company valuation experience. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential.
The preferred candidate will have tertiary qualities in finance or accounting and at least three years’ experience. Strong accounting skills and excellent Microsoft Excel modelling skills are prerequisites. Knowledge of SQL will be advantageous.
