Portfolio Compliance/Asset Management recruitment
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Portfolio monitoring account review to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Investigations and query resolution/escalation
- Ensuring proposed trades do not breach specified client guidelines
- Identify implement process improvements
- Working with portfolio managers, client service executives and compliance to resolve any issues
The successful applicant will be degree-educated, should have completed the IMC and be studying towards the CFA, coupled with a proven track record in portfolio control gained from an asset management house, preferably with exposure to Fixed Income, Derivatives and UCITS/off-shore funds. Working knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation and adherence to client guidelines are pre-requisites, as is knowledge of Charles River, Bloomberg and Excel.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn, coupled with first class written and oral communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular liaison with front office and clients. Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills are other desired attributes. Salary package commensurate with background and experience.
