Portfolio Data Analyst recruitment
The Fortress Partners Funds take an opportunistic approach to allocating capital broadly across the entire investment spectrum with a heavy focus on alternative investments. Fortress Partners Funds’ global mandate is similar to endowment portfolios of large universities, except that it is less dependent on traditional long-only strategies. The Fortress Partners Funds allocate capital to Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and can make tactical direct investments.
The Portfolio Data Analyst will:
- Maintain performance analytics for the Fortress Partners Fund
- Assist with production of marketing materials and investor requests
- Liaise with Investment and Accounting Teams to produce asset management materials
- Assist with quarterly fund reporting and ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance and economics)
- 2-4 years work experience within Financial Services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and PerTrac a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work long hours
