Portfolio Management Analytics – Associate Director recruitment
Reporting to the Director:
Core Responsibilities:
• Build monitoring approach and processes jointly with the team
• Cover major assets within the portfolio with a focus on follow-through of value-creation opportunities identified in asset-reviews.
• Prepare assessment for senior management, liaising with Industry Clusters, International Markets and CD teams to align view on progress of major assets.
• Become a centre of excellence for 2nd level financial analysis, based on deep understanding of accounting practices.
• Lead and coach junior team members
• Contribute to the overall development, traction and positioning of the Portfolio Management team as well as to firm-wide projects.

Qualifications/Capabilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to Finance / Accounting
• About 6-8 years working experience, ideally with a number of years in the Management Consulting field. Candidates from Big 4 Consultancy divisions will be considered.
• High degree of financial literacy, based on a solid understanding of Accounting standards
• Strong process / project management skills
• Fluency in an East Asian language will be highly advantageous
