Portfolio Manager – Equity Event Driven / Special Situations – BERMUDA recruitment
We're looking for a Portfolio Manager to expand the coverage of the investment team with a focus on strategies and geographies that additive to the Fund’s investment strategy. This is a senior position, suited to a hard working market professional looking for the next challenge in their career.
The successful applicant will be responsible for building a portfolio of positions that generate a meaningful and consistent profile. The role involves managing all aspects of the investment process including formulating, researching and executing investment strategies that are consistent with the Fund’s Remit
The applicant will be required to work within a team structure, providing coverage for other team members who invest in a range of equity strategies across the globe.
Applicants must have a minimum 5 years’ proven expertise investing in equity markets and in one or more of the strategies employed by the Fund The applicant will also be able to demonstrate the following:
• A consistently profitable track history
• Strong risk management understanding discipline
• Proven expertise in all aspects of portfolio management
• The ability to work with and add value to the investment team
