PORTFOLIO MANAGER recruitment
The role holder will have responsibility for the efficient and high quality management of the company’s client portfolios to comply with the standards and guidelines set out by the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Private Clients Charities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that processes and procedures are followed in order to operate as efficiently and consistently as possible in delivering high standards of cost effective service to clients and support to the Private Client and Charity managers.
- Pro-actively seek improvements to client service and operational processes.
- Maintain a high quality knowledge base on all relevant investment matters to ensure high level of business and industry knowledge and full compliance with company and regulatory rules.
- Support business development within the private client and charities team.
- Placing deals in equities and other securities.
- Ensuring that the management of portfolios is conducted efficiently in compliance with the company’s guidelines and client instructions.
- Provision of support for new business development.

- Focus on productivity and efficiency including effective use of technology.
- Attention to detail.
Core Requirements:
- Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in investment management environment.
- Experienced in investment administration.
- Have or are committed to working towards attainment of CISI exams.
- Strong PC skills: excel, powerpoint, word, Microsoft office.
