We are currently recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager, who will manage portfolio marketing and customer engagement. In this role you will be responsible for the development of customer management strategies and campaigns across all retail banking products, as well as driving customer net revenue through increased product penetration, engagement and retention.
You will work closely with the analytics and product teams to identify and understand profitability, engagement and retention drivers for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with analytics and product teams to identify profitability and retention drivers of existing customers and propose programs to increase overall customer net revenue.
- Design, develop and implement strategies for the retail banking base to promote customer engagement, retention and balance growth
- Develop retention trigger strategies to decrease attrition rates across key portfolios
- Management of customer experience with the Segment Manager, product and process teams; includes developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with the Cross Sell Marketing Manager to drive product depth ratio and one-sell ratios for the portfolio
- Work in conjunction with the Segment Manager to drive customer satisfaction and engagement across deposit products
- Timely tracking and reporting results of activities and identify areas for improvement
- Manage allocated portfolio marketing budget
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies
- Undertake other projects as assigned by the manager, including working across segments and portfolios
Experience/ Qualifications required:
- 4 years marketing, segment or product management experience
- Understanding of experience in the creative / collateral development process
- Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with internal/ external stakeholders
- Degree qualifications in finance or marketing preferred (not essential)
- Industry recognised certificates or diplomas well regarded
- Excellent organisational ability project management skills
- Strong influencing negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of success in Marketing preferred
- Understanding of product PL preferred
- Data team and agency liaison experience preferred
