Portfolio Oversight Manager recruitment
Our client is more than 100 years old Insurance player in the market. Their brand is synonymous with financial strength and dynamism. They are the oldest and most established player Life Insurance player in Singapore and Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the Portfolio Management Team, you are responsible for the oversight of external portfolio managers and local investment teams in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and Vietnam.
The Job
- Involve in monthly performance review with external portfolio managers and local investment teams.
- Responsible for execution of periodic portfolio rebalancing and asset reallocations.
- Assist in the development of investment policies and process, and performance benchmarking.
- Assist in producing monthly investment reports and ad hoc investment updates.
- Work closely with internal departments on investment-related reporting and other initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education from a reputable university.
- More than 5 years of experience in the insurance/investment/finance industry.
- Experience in regional office with foreign subsidiaries will be an advantage
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- High standard of ethical behavior and integrity.
- Organized, resourceful and high energy level.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in stressful environment.
