Department: Listed Derivatives Operations
Location: Singapore
Summary:
Reports locally to the Listed Derivatives Operations Post Processing Manager, the successful candidate will need to have experience across multiple departments within Equity / FX Operations.
More junior candidate will be considered for the position of Associate/Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all cash equity trades are booked, pre-matched and matched as per market regulations
- Ensure all FX transactions are booked and confirmed on a timely basis
- Ensure all regional regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on a timely basis
- Ensure all key controls are completed appropriately and on a timely basis
- Ensure policies and procedures are maintained
- Responsible for timely and appropriate communication to respective teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years Cash equities and FX experience essential with some exposure to Futures and Options preferred.
- Exposure to all key Global exchanges
- Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
- Kondor / K+TP experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint etc …
- Fluent English, written and spoken
