Power & Gas Product Controller – AVP recruitment
Our client, a leading Investment Bank is seeking an AVP Product Controller for their Commodities area.
-You will join a team of six others, and hold specific responsibility for the Daily PL and Risk production for the Power Gas Business:- Specifically you will get involved with understanding and Explaining PL residuals; Balance Sheet Monitoring, Analysis and Usage Review: Coordination with Operations, Technology and Finance on projects and issue resolution and Month-end management (PL forecasts, Interaction with Fair Value group).
-This is a growing area of the business and so it's important that the right person is brought into the team
-The successful candidate will possesses strong Commodities and Derivatives knowledge, preferably within Power Gas, advanced Excel skills and be able to demonstrate interest and good understanding of the markets including the key drivers, pricing issues and trader strategies.
