Bel-Ray Company, Inc. is an international,USbased specialty lubricant manufacturing company providing lubricants for the food and general manufacturing industries, the mining industry and the consumer motorcycle market. The Bel-Ray Powersports Sales Team is searching for a highly skilled, extremely motivated Sales Representatives in California.
Bel-Ray Company is seeking a candidate who possesses the skill to analyze sales markets and the competition in order to identify opportunities in product, industry segments or geographic areas. The ideal candidate will have the drive and ability to create the blueprint to turn an opportunity into a sales success, an individual who possesses proven performance in taking a strategic plan and translating it into successful operation by attending to every detail. This individual corroborates on product development with Bel-Ray's superior RD team, aids in distribution programs through our network of distributor partners, and advances operations with company and distributor sales and service personnel and managers. The job is not successfully done without monitoring results and recommending continuous improvement and creative, original ideas.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years in sales preferably consumer lubricants or related experience, experience with on and off-road motorcycles, and the ability to identify, qualify and organize existing customer and potential prospect activity. Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are necessary along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Lubrication related experience and experience interacting with OEMs and Distributors are an extreme advantage.
We are seeking someone who enjoys a team environment and can turn opportunities into profitable sales growth. Ability to ride a motorcycle a plus.
