My client is a well established financial services organisation that is recruiting for 8 PPI Telephone Agents to join their team in Northampton.

Your role will be to handle PPI and General banking complaints from existing customers of the bank. You will be taking incoming calls, your main priority will be to investigate and resolve the complaint. There may be some outbound calling to gather more information about the complaints made. 

Essential Experience
Must have call handling experience
Must be able to pass a credit check
Must be able to commit to working shift patterns between 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday) 35 hour working week.
