Practice Area Manager- Energy
A global consulting firm is looking for a Practice Area Manager Energy to join at either its Madrid or Dusseldorf office.
The practice area helps companies in the oil, power Gas, and green energy environment industry to navigate in an increasingly complex business climate. The practice area covers all of the main topics of the energy value chain including: upstream, generation, midstream, infrastructure, downstream (refining and petrochemicals), energy retail, trading risk management, regulation and engineering / services.
This role is responsible for the practice area PL, monitoring billings and manages dedicated practice budget and will set KPI and measure performance.
Further duties include:
- Defining and deciding on investments (products, people services)
- Building and managing practice area processes and infrastructure
- Driving topic expertise, product and services development agenda
- Understanding client needs, determine demand for products and services
- Build and develop external and internal brand
- Team management
Candidates wishing to apply will have a strong knowledge of the energy industry area which will include: major client's trends, industry players and network; strong leadership skills; proven change management skills; experience of managing a PL; line and project management experience.
