Role
This role, based in London, is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing Private Bank client communications across the International business, including Europe and Asia.

Collaborating with business and marketing partners (Investments, Project Teams, Legal, Compliance, Market Managers and Client Service), this professional will work to understand and interpret the needs of the business and specific requirements of each communication. They will develop and execute client communications, often under tight deadlines. This individual will own the role of client experience "advocate" and make recommendations to improve the experience for clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with internal and external partners (printing and lettershops) to understand purpose and intent of client mailing or communication and ensure execution with excellence.Relationship manager for external vendor relationships.Primary contact with vendor to manage multiple and concurrent direct mail ad-hoc communications.Develop project schedules and production plans with critical milestones and coordinate internal resources to ensure multiple and simultaneous projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
Provide ongoing program updates to Senior Management Prioritization Committee.Review and ensure appropriate layout and branding of all mailing components.Verifying business, legal and compliance approvals.Oversight of quality control procedures of all communications for branding and data and sign off on final mailing components.Ensure front office has sufficient notice of communications distributed to their client base.Focus on continuous improvement in external communications process; seek efficiencies and enhancements to enhance the client/user experience, deliver targeted and general messages more effectively, save money, time, and improve internal partner experience.
