PRACTICE SEMI SENIOR ACCOUNTS PREPARATION SPECIALIST JOB FOR ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE FIRM IN WIMBORNE AREA IN DORSET
Our client is a small but highly respected firm of accountants and they are looking to appoint an experienced semi-senior level accounts preparation specialist, preferably AAT qualified or even Qualified By Experience.
They would be looking for them to look after a portfolio of 60 or so clients under partner supervision, mix of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies (non-audit) – basically mostly owner-managed businesses. Main responsibilities will include accounts prep to final accounts / partner meeting stage, personal tax, corporate tax and company secretarial , as well as ad hoc advice on payroll, VAT, general business issues, etc that would crop up.
The role would suit someone who has substantial experience in dealing with a mixed portfolio mid-tier and smaller clients who is able to work on their own initiative. The firm is not offering study support with this position, hence the suggestion for an AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
