INVESTMENT MANAGER PRAGUE
Reporting directly to the Country Director, and functionally to the Chief Investment Officer; you will be responsible for the investment/divestment process on specific projects.
Your main tasks will be:
? Lead investment/divestments projects
Review and prepare documents and models related to investment/divestment opportunities
Ensure compliance at regional level to investment criteria and investment/divestment process defined by Corporate Center.
Execute property transactions, once validated, until closing, meaning integration in project team to conduct due diligence, examine date room, identity potential risk and express needs for guarantee.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate from a top business school you have a strong experience (4 to 6 years) in investment banking or investment management, preferably on the real estate market.
You have a proven exposure as a team member to large scale and complex investment/divestment deals or direct leadership of projects of lower complexity and scale.
You have proven numerical and analytical abilities as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
You show excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
