A market leading FMCG business is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to business partner the IT function of their business
Job Description
Reporting to the HR Director this a replacement position due to an internal promotion where you will provide a generalist HR service to IT function. Act as a business partner you will work closely with your business unit leading on end to end recruitment to meet project deadline, providing coaching and advise to line managers on performance management, reward, LD and talent management.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a proved and stable track record. You will have strong generalist HR experience business partnering the IT function for a large MNC with the ability to manage the end to end recruitment process. With strong organisational and stakeholder management skills you will looking for a challenging role in a fast paced commercial environment.
