PRB Global Process Specialist recruitment

Location: UK or Singapore

Key Roles Responsibilities

1. Support management of the P3 Review Process, including:

2. Work with product specialists to execute appropriate process, communications, champions network and implementation plan

3. Specific responsibility for data management processes, technology, operational execution processes, operationalising regulatory requirements, letter templates and analytics approach
Works very closely with the PRB team in HRSSC and with the PRB delivery channel to support effective execution of the process

4. Provide guidance to the PRB team and Country Champions as appropriate to ensure smooth running of the process

5. Provide appropriate governance and messaging within process to support appropriate outcomes for the Group, managing timely updates to key stakeholders to influence outcomes
Lead evaluation of the process, working with the relevant parties, implementing any changes required

6. Where required, work with the Bank’s HR transformation team and with external consultants to ensure that the Bank continues to maximise the use sophisticated technology to drive reward transformation and enhance the P3 delivery model

7. Assist the Head, Countries and Product Delivery in all aspects of Performance, Reward and Benefits as required, including preparing papers and advice and contributing to the Group PRB agenda

Qualifications Skills 

1. Proven track record in reward operations
2. Proven influencing, presentation communication skills (inc strong people skills)
3. Strong experience of project management and delivery
4. Focus on high standards and quality.  Exceptional attention to detail
5. Highly analytical and numerate
6. Experience working in an international reward function is highly advantageous.
