A successful UK mid-market private equity firm which specialises in buy and build investments. This firm has a superb track record and is currently raising its third fund which is oversubscribed. This firm has an excellent reputation. You will be joining a collegiate team that has strength in depth, across the entire team. There is the genuine opportunity to reach Partner-level in this role.
Responsibilities
- Leading aspects of the investment process including screening, execution, monitoring and exits
Skills we’re looking for
- Must be working in a UK mid or lower-mid-market private equity
- Must have completed at least five investments in the UK whilst working in a private equity firm
- Well-rounded deal execution skills
- A strong track record of making profitable investments
- Excellent relationship-building and communication and gravitas
