Pre-Sales & Product Marketing
The team’s mission is to deliver a packaged solution for Buy-Side institutions and Central Banks, based on the wide range of MX.3 modules and assets classes as well as on some specific modules for AM such as PMS (Portfolio Management System), OMS (Order Management System), Compliance, Risk Budgeting and Performance calculation and attribution.
The team activity covers several areas:
- Product Software: Product development and innovation; Business solution packaging
- Client Projects: Contribute to implementation projects as stream leaders or experts on the Buy-Side domain
- Client Support: Support coordination and Client Management for a representative set of Buy-Side Customers (and potentially in the future Central Banks)
- Pre-Sales Product Marketing: Support pre-sales activity such as RFP, demos and workshops; Contribution to the Product Marketing (i.e. Marketing Knowledge base, events)
The offered position sits within the “Pre-Sales Product Marketing” area of our team.
In this role, you will be liaising and working closely with the Sales force and Product team to demonstrate our range of software solutions to key stakeholders, in order to promote new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering first-level demos by performing demonstrations of Murex Asset Management solution to help Sales force qualify prospects’ requirements
- Responding to functional queries of RFIs and RFPs
- Assisting our sales and overall partners during the sales process
- Generating and maintaining pre-sales support documents (knowledge bases, powerpoint presentations) and demo material (database, scripts)
- Configuring the software system and demonstrating calculation and results during workshops and/or proof of concepts on clients/prospect sites
- Maintaining high level of product knowledge
- Synchronizing with the product team to align Murex solutions with market expectations
- Preparing and performing product demonstration to top management, adapting the benefits of the software solution to the audience
- Enriching the Product Marketing knowledge base
- Contributing to marketing events (analyst studies, forums)
Qualifications/Experience
- 4-6 Years of experience on MX Front Office, preferably on the Fixed Income or Interest Rate Derivatives
- High interest for the integrated platform capabilities (FO, MO, Risk)
- Ability, and desire, to learn several MX modules and asset classes
- Excellent presentation skills
- Mobility
- Bilingual French/English. Third language is a plus
- Ambitious to broaden and develop skills/expertise portfolio
- Willingness to share and leverage the skills and expertise of others
- Self- motivated recognized high level of commitment
- Drives for results and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills for Team and Client interactions
- Highly organized and good time management skills
- Experience and skill in project management desirable however, not a pre-requisite
