Pre-Sales Specialist – Risk and Analytics tools recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Value proposition of the products
- Training clients and making sure they fully utilise the products
- Liaising with internal departments to produce best offering in the market
- Testing software and troubleshooting system issues
- Product demonstrations and installations
Your background:
- 5-10 years of experience as a pre-sales / technical support person
- Proven track record of client relationship management and sales /product development support
- IT skills: Microsoft .NET, MOS, IIS, SQL, Oracle and Citrix
- Producing presentations and pre-sales documentation
- Knowledge of portfolio management and loan origination would be advantageous
