A key to our client's success is the high calibre service and timely support provided by it's small but highly skilled team of senior drafting and precedents lawyers who are an important part of the national knowledge team and an integrated part of a Corporate MA practice team.

To support continued firm growth it is currently looking for a Senior to mid level lawyer to assist in providing continued drafting and precedent support to the Corporate MA area.

You will currently be practising in a similar role or as a Corporate or Commercial Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel within the Corporate MA group of a national firm. Strong experience in Corporate, MA, ECM will be preferred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining, drafting, developing and settling assigned precedents in plain English style across the Corporate area. You will work closely with the partners and lawyers in your team to drive precedent development and ensure highest quality service to clients. You will monitor legal and market developments in the practice area, assist with the co-ordination and publication of our internal updates and newsletters, and update the practice area precedents accordingly.
