Premier Relationship Manager- South Melbourne recruitment
Play a pivotal role in HSBCs expansion within Australia by joining our new South Melbourne branch as a Premier Relationship Manager.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will have a core focus on new to bank relationship building and management.
As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the management and expansion of an existing, growing portfolio of customers. The target market is the High Net Worth and Professional area, focusing on portfolio style management with a wealth creation and multi product emphasis.
You will have the ability to recognise needs, develop relationships with customers, and enhance the potential value of these relationships. You will be pro-active, with the ability to source new business and achieve challenging objectives. Highly customer focused, you will be committed to meeting customer expectations, either face to face or on the telephone.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Previous relationship management experience in personal banking, with a solid knowledge of lending.
• A strong customer focus and proven track record developing relationships.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Preferably a degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are desirable
