Working within Small Business Banking, this senior/ leadership role will grow revenue, deposits and share of wallet through origination of new small business customers to ANZ via its Premium Broker network. You will be actively responsible in cross selling the asset finance back book, as well as relationship management and retention of a set of ANZ small business customers.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Relationship management experience
• Small Business lending skills and credit analysis
• Sound knowledge of Small to Medium Enterprise loan and deposit products
• Previous exposure to the broker market in Inner Melbourne
• Proven ability in a sales role
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a business centre/country branch lending environment, or Branch Manager
