Presales Consultant/Product Specialist – Post Trade Solutions recruitment
Your role would be to support the sales team in the qualification, analysis and presentation of the Financial Control Solution suite of products and services (specifically, exception management, reporting, and certification solutions) to existing and prospective clients.
As well as to actively promote additional products and services as the partnership evolves, with a goal to develop long-term relationships at all levels within the client’s end-user, management, and procurement teams.
To qualify for this position you should have;-
- Broad business acumen and understanding of reconciliation and exception management needs in both the financial services (banking, securities processing, insurance)
- Robust, compelling communication skills and ability to clearly demonstrate software solutions across a range of technical and business users (Operations to Executive Level).
- Ability to confirm solution fit and identify customer specific benefits that will help contribute to a unique business value offering. Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop the corresponding proposal design.
- Configure applications for demonstrations, prototyping, benchmarking and proof of concept presentations.
- Assist customers and Sales Account Managers in building a compelling business case with demonstrable ROI indicators.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to winning long-term business relationships
- Creation of sales support materials to represent the solution offerings
- Manage hand-over to Delivery Services for project implementation.
- Perform periodic reviews of customer needs, identifying potential issues and new sales opportunities.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including nights or weekends as required

- An understanding of business intelligence and associated reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SQL or Business Objects)
