Prestigious insurance firm – Business analyst for Channel Distri recruitment
This client of mine has been the market leader in the last decades. They have always been very proactive in the market to generate new distribution channel for their products. Currently they are looking for strong Business analyst to join them as PERMANENT employee.
At the moment, they have a wide range of products across Life insurance, General insurance and MPF fund, which are being distributed via five major channels - bank, agency, brokers, direct selling etc.
To be qualified for the role, you are required to have:
- strong insurance background on different compensation systems for major channels. e.g. The commission system of agency and sales force .
- strong communication skills in dealing with channel members to implement major changes
- good understanding of business in terms of different payroll cycle, compensation systems, compensation structure, setting up different compensation hierarchy.
- Project Management skills are needed as you will also drive the project.
As a senior member in the team, you are required the project from scratch; involving in the whole project life cycle. Strong communication skills are needed as you will be working closely with all the channel members, business units as well as well IT.
IT background will be a big plus as you are also required to co-ordinate UAT and define the test plan. This will help you to better understand different systems process.
