As a discipline lead you will be charged with the responsibility of developing the technical capabilities of the group, providing strategic input into key market sectors and risk management as well as being responsible for budget tracking and successful project delivery. As a positive, motivated individual with excellent communication and people management skills, you will thrive in a closely integrated team of talented individuals who offer a well rounded, tailored service to their clients. Furthermore your professional interaction when dealing with all aspects of external supplier relations will enhance future growth as the business continues to secure the nation’s most impressive projects.
To satisfy the dynamic requirements of this role you will be a qualified civil, environmental or related engineer with an established track record in hydrology, pump and pipeline design with modelling and de-watering experience being advantageous.
