Principal Loss Adjustor / Project Management Lead – New Zealand recruitment
An rare opportunity has arisen in Christchurch, New Zealand for a Principal Loss Adjustor to manage the delivery of tactical, client specific material damage and business interruption claims services in support of engaged clients and the consultancy's core brokerage services. This is a client facing role focusing on the total management of large complex projects.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll provide services, monitor and assist clients with their insurance claims and ensure the highest level of services from the group. You'll be the managing/project lead for large projects across Christchurch, qualifying and negotiating with insurers, producing commercial outcomes and holding responsibility for financial performance
Together with your senior loss adjusting experience within material damage and business interruption, proven experience project managing large complex jobs whilst working within large organisations is essential. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to develop networks together with exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide commercial outcomes and gain the respect of the market is vital. You'll also possess solid people management skills and a technical engineering qualifications would be an advantage.
