Principal Professional Services Engineer
Raytheon Oakley Systems is part of Raytheon Company's Intelligence and Information Systems business. Raytheon Oakley Systems is a leader in insider threat protection, developed by experts in law enforcement, defense, and digital forensics, combining network and endpoint monitoring with targeted investigations to protect enterprises against the complete range of insider threats.
The Principal Professional Services Engineer serves as the primary technical interface and onsite subject matter expert to customers for the Raytheon Oakley Systems product line. Working closely with Raytheon Oakley's Federal Government customers and Raytheon Program Managers, this individual will perform and assist in all phases of product integration, operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical issues related to the Raytheon Oakley product suite. Additionally, this individual will help shape customer deployments by sharing best practices, and lessons learned from direct experiences in related IT security and networking fields.
