The Role

 

Lead and manage a development team for delivery Enterprise portal projects. Work with other application team to analyze and translate business needs into technical and system specifications.  Accountable for projects KPI and SharePoint portal performance SLA.  Analyze business needs and requirements and translate it into technical and system specifications

 

Technical Skills

 

·         Minimum 10 years of IT working experience.

·         Minimum 5 years experience in SharePoint architecture, development and administration skills for SharePoint 2007/2010.  Including the following knowledge and experience:

o   Familiar with Software development and life cycle Methodology.

o   Microsoft .net development.

o   Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL and Active Directory, Kerberos experience.

o   SharePoint performance tuning, reporting, analyzing and monitoring experience and know how.

o   ITIL, SQL DB and other Microsoft certification will be an added advantage.

·         Solid Professional experience in Project Management, utilize technical skills and problem-solving abilities to assess end-user needs, develop solutions and track program.

·         Ability to convey technical concept to non-technical audience.
