Principle Strategy Consultant – Top Tier -Financial Services recruitment
This is a pivotal position in one of Australia's leading Financial Institutions. They consistently outperform the competition and display and enviable record of growth and innovation.
Due to a strong pipeline of exciting new projects, we are looking to assist our client in finding an exceptional, internally focused Strategy consultant to operate within one of the leading business units to provide specialist and expert advice in the early stage and development stage of project initiatives. You will lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse business matters to include new growth and value creation opportunities, and strategic reviews.
The successful candidate will have extensive strategy consulting experience from a band name, external consulting firm, ideally from a tier 1 firm, and will have lead a broad range strategic projects ideally to include NPI, Segmentation, and Operating model design. Ideally you will have a significant amount of financial services experience however if you have a Tier 1 consulting background this may be less relevant. You will be well versed in business case development and have exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at the most senior levels. Your finely tuned analytical skills - (financial analysis/modeling) will be put to the test daily and you will be expected to coach and mentor more junior members of the team. You will have proven yourself academically.
