Principle/Lead Business Analyst – Banking recruitment
A well known, leading bank are currently looking for a Principle Business Analyst to shape the analysis of the business change agenda. The Principle/Lead Business Analyst will use expert knowledge to lead business analysis in a large business unit.
The ideal candidate will currently be working in Banking and Financial services holding a Senior/Lead/Principle Business Analyst position, managing large teams, working across a large business unit/programme (£100m +), managing high level stakeholders with accountability of all Business Analysis conducted in the unit.
Key Accountabilities;
-The Principal Analyst will be the key point of contact for Business Analysis with accountability for all analysis done across a Business Unit/major Programme
-Significant stakeholder accountability. The Principal BA will bridge the gap between Business Executive members and Senior IT leadership to help forge common understanding of the commercial decisions/impacts.
-Point of escalation for all analysis activities, strategic and portfolio level escalation of risks, issues and dependencies. Manage escalations and make interventions in Projects/Programmes as needed to preserve and protect delivery of business strategy and benefits
-Use expert knowledge of business area, industry context and Business Unit drivers to advise and facilitate Business Executives making the right choices in terms of Business investment and when/how to structure delivery of the required change
-Accountable for all Business Analysis estimates
-Lead the planning of total resource demand for a given portfolio
