Private banker; Caribbean clients; Bahamas (p) recruitment
My client offers a leading platform and is well established in Global markets. In this role you would be responsible for managing HNW and UHNW clients from the Caribbean region. My client is interested for candidates for their office in Nassau. The team is large for the Bahamas and is broken up into 3 main segments. My client has been hugely successful in this market and is constantly growing and becoming more focused in the market. Having been successful they are looking for a private banker or a team who likes a challenge and that shows potential to grow their book and can fit in well with the team in the Bahamas. A team covering the Caribbean is very attractive for my client but this is not a necessity.
Suitable candidates for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience of managing relationships in the Caribbean
• A demonstrable track record in client acquisition.
• A strong knowledge of the wealth management industry in the Caribbean or Latin America.
My client is realistic in their expectations and are looking for potential as much as experience and in terms of targets will be looking for a solid business plan detailing assets that can be brought into the bank within the first 3 years. This can be supplied at a later date.
