Private Banking Compliance Adviser recruitment
This role is an opportunity for a compliance professional with a deep understanding of retail banking products and services such as deposits and mortgages to help build and shape a business and to make a significant contribution within the expanding retail arm of the business
Key Roles and Responsibilities;
- Provide in-depth knowledge and practical application of retail banking regulation and industry standard
- Apply detailed knowledge of FSA regulations and apply these within the retail banking space
- Effectively deliver and implement operational and regulatory projects across Compliance and the Business
- Provide Compliance Inductions and on-going refresher for operations staff
Skills Required;
- Knowledge and practical application of TCF in a retail business, including building TCF MI framework
- Project Management skills
- Retail Banking experience
- In-depth knowledge of changes in the market, products, legislation and regulation relevant to the business area.
