Private Banking Operations – Staff – Securities Transfers (12 month contract) recruitment
ROLE SUMMARY:
Securities Transfer is fast-moving and complex area in Private Banking Operations. It has transformed into a competitive team not only in the bank but across the industry. The successful candidate will not only have the opportunity to handle complex product transfers, but will also be constantly challenged by increasing service level delivery to the clients
Ensure Securities transfers (assets) into the Private Banking custody are processed timely and smoothly; ensure any queries and coordination required are followed up timely and professionally.
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Familiarize him/herself with internal tool landscape, infrastructure and processes. Apply experience and knowledge to CS PB APAC environment.
Check client and/or RM transfer instructions carefully; liase with counterparty bank timely and promptly; ensure correct Security transfer instructions are released timely; assets(securities) received and/or delivered are reflected into client's account timely and accurately
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
Min. 3 years of Securities transfer experience; if not, min. 5 years of Securities settlement experience in a Private Banking setup.
College Fresh Grads are not considered for this role
