My clients are a successful recruitment consultancy specialising in financial markets recruitment. Established in 2002, they have experienced extraordinary growth and now work with most of the major investment banks. Offering contract and permanent positions they are able to meet the needs of their clients and candidates efficiently and are fast becoming London`s first choice for financial solutions. Able to fill consultancy, risk, finance and operations positions as well as posts that are considered more bespoke, they thrive on every challenge and always bring innovative solutions that exceed expectations. The success they have experienced has lead to the need to grow the team. Having already recruited 10 staff members in the last year they are looking to continue their recruitment campaign and would like to recruit a Recruitment Consultant.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be running a desk which places financial candidates into change management positions. You must be an experienced recruitment consultant and you will be comfortable within a financial recruitment role. A professional attitude to work is essential as is a hard working and driven disposition. You will be self motivated and have a hunger to succeed as well as being a good team player with a positive outlook. This is a full 360 role and you must be familiar with the recruitment cycle and be prepared to develop the business through cold calling and networking. You will be a strong communicator and will be capable of nurturing the relationships you create into long lasting and profitable connections. This is a highly successful market with plenty of opportunities for financial gain.
The successful applicant will enjoy a good salary and commission structure, individual and team incentives and annual company holidays.
