My client is a provider of investment management,and financial advisory services to private clients, and non-profit organisations.
Based in the City they provide a range of services:including investment management
I am seeking an experienced Private Client Administrator , the responsibilities are -
Produce client valuations
Produce ad hoc reports and collate documentation for client meetings
Liaise with Investment Settlement Operations and Banking department on administrative matters e.g. stock transfers, corporate actions.·
Deal with cash transfers and foreign exchange transactions for clients.·
Assist in setting up new clients
Create and maintain stock/client information on spreadsheets.·
Resolving client queries
Compliance and Training·
Liaise with clients and their advisors.·
Candidate Profile
OC qualification, Registered Rep or equivalents would be advantageous.
Significant relevant experience in a similar role.·
Excellent communication skills
