As a Manager/Senior Consultant providing financial due diligence services supporting companies acquiring or divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects, you will have the opportunity to work with and assist our leaders with all facets of diligence transactions, participate in a collaborative team, with a focus on knowledge sharing and thought leadership, and focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to world-class clients.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed data collection, analysis and modelling

• Identifying key value drivers and deal breakers

• Completing buy and sell side financial due diligence reports

• Completing pre-lend reviews for Financiers

• Contributing to investigating accountant work on public offerings

• Working directly with other 3 rd party advisor teams.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification

• Further studies in CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA or similar discipline

• Due diligence experience preferred

• Good business writing and Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness

• A flexible working style.
